Professionals all over the world demand the best. That is why they come to Pensa Guitars and ask us to build them the instrument of their dreams.

Rudy Pensa's appreciation for music started at the tender age of seven when he began his classical guitar studies in his native Argentina. It wasn't until some years later when he heard the Beatles, that his true passion for the sounds of the electric guitar solidified ...
Classical Guitars: Koutsialis Charalambos: Mostly, the guitars that I make, have a top from spruce.
I prefer it for its sound cleanness, I put by request cedar wood also, that gives larger volume on the note, but does not have the cleanness of spruce.
The spruce that I use is from Alps, from the side of Switzerland, which is considered the best and in rating, is first quality.
The top has a slight cavity on two directions, horizontal and vertical.
The horizontal (only) to the side of the fingerboard (neck) is bigger, such, an overhead fingerboard is created, for the fingers to easily pass on the fingerboards that exist on the boat ...
Welcome, and thanks for visiting the Ambush Custom Bass web site. I appreciate your interest in my basses. As musicians, we all search for that instrument which will allow us to express our inner voice. An instrument that is versatile, yet has a voice of its own. One that challenges us to higher levels of performance, while quickly becoming a familiar friend. I believe the Ambush Custom Bass is that instrument; I hope that you will, too.
I've combined the best of the old and new to create a bass for the times. The bodies are made from proven tone woods like Ash and Alder laminated with exotic wood tops in the interest of modern esthetics. The necks are made from a graphite reinforced composite, are topped with resin impregnated wood fingerboards, and feature an adjustable truss rod. This advanced approach is balanced by the fact that these necks are made in a mold taken from a hard wood prototype I hand carved myself. You get a deadspot free, ultimately stable, adjustable composite neck with the feel of a limited production, handcarved instrument ...
Bertoncini Guitars are truly "Custom Made" Guitars. I build them one at a time, by hand, in my small shop in Olympia, WA. This allows you the opportunity to have the instrument you want instead of having to pick what is available off the shelf. I focus primarily on Acoustic and Acoustic/Electric Instruments, but I have also built and continue to build Electric Instruments.
Welcome to Sweetwood Guitar Co. Custom guitars hand made in the USA and dedicated to perfection. Careful consideration is given to every step. Only the best tonewoods are used. Careful hand milling and attention to detail ensure a perfect every time. More love than can be imagined is given to each instrument - from conception to completion.
The Heel-less Extended Neck Tenon (pictured left) not only makes playability up to the upper registers effortless it also increases sustain and tone. This approach of attaching a neck to a guitar body is by far the most stable method available to traditional guitar construction (without using composites). The neck extends through the bridge of the guitar underneath the top cap making for a very strong joint that will withstand years of abuse...not that you would go abusing my guitars!
Signature series guitars feature a laminated neck design that is fairly stiff without being rigid. This adds a unique asthetic appeal that has become, well...my 'signature.'
