The Arrakisynthesis is a stereo polyphonic synth designed as a tribute to the film
"Dune" by David Lynch.
It is a relatively straightforward synth designed to emulate a variety of analog and digital
tones and qualities, and to look great sitting in your virtual rack.
I have had excellent results achieving very open atmospheric prophetic ambient tones, as well
as warm, vintage sounding, and over the top hard hitting analog synth style tones with this one.
Dial in small amounts of "Mentat" and "Spice", and you can get vibrato/tremelo
style effects, or crank it, and it sounds like a flying saucer is going to blow up your speakers with a squeg beam.
The volume is under the VU meter, and works in an exponential fashion,
so be careful with this one, it can be super sweet, but it can also get LOUD!!!!!!!
The Porcelain Bunny is an intuitive stereo monphonic synth in the tradition of
the of the early synths used in house music.
You can generate multiple types of waveforms, and envelope them, and filter them
accordingly to achieve sweet basses, atmospheric leads, or just bizarre acid-rave
sounds. Slow the attack and you'll add rubbery tonal ambience to any soundscape, and
if you want to bang some hard miami sub action, the bunny gets down that way too.
By no means are you limited to these afore mentioned tones, but they can
effortlessly be achieved with the Porcelain Bunny VST Instrument from NYC
Sound Design.

The Electro-Gracie is a virtual synthesizer modelled in part to reflect the bizarre personality of
my friend Tony's Dog, Gracie.
This polyphonic synth is designed to create very melancholy, rainy, and atmospheric tones,
but can also,
ahem...bark, so to speak.
The seasonal controls up top control the selected waveform's properties, whilst the ADSR envelope
to the southeast tackle how the selected tone gets delivered. One of the things that make this one really sweet, is the fact that it has an internal delay which can run in tangent to the BPM your project is set at, so you can hammer octave notes until they glide in to the mix, where they'll linger if you so choose, with or against the beat.
Another thing is the Res. Freq slider which lets you fine tune the resonant pitch in certain
settings to achieve very dreamy, almost "tine-y" tones. There's also a manipulatable scope in the top right where you can further adjust and impliment multiple parameters to your tastes. There's a lot more to it as well, so experiment and find what YOU like!
