Bitviewer: is a little plugin that allows you to
check the bit depth of the incoming audio
stream, so you can see how much headroom
you still have for processing and if you really
need dithering.

In general terms, Ultradia™ is a body of work by Dr. Diane Kistner that has evolved over the years as she sought to develop custom self-healing tools following poor response to conventional treatments. Specifically, Ultradia is a unique brainwave entrainment architecture derived from the frequencies of adenine, thymine, guanine, and cytosine — the “building blocks” of DNA. The Ultradia frequencies, when listened to in a specific sequence for a specific length of time, help normalize the 90-minute human ultradian rhythm.
The word ultradian, which sounds complicated, simply means occurring more frequently than once a day. Similar to our 24-hour circadian rhythms, except of about 90 minutes length, ultradian rhythms are sinewave-like cyclings between phases of psychobiological rest and activity. The 90-minute REM/deep sleep cycle is an example of an ultradian rhythm.
Ultradian rhythms can be disrupted by stress, and this can lead to serious stress-related illness. These disruptions derail the body's ability to function normally, fight invading organisms, and repair itself.
Hockinfinger programmed this wonderful plugin to facilitate making Ultradia-based brainwave entrainments for mixing into music — and generously released it as freeware!
"Synodeia" is a VST effect, but instead of processing the incoming signal, it can recognize pitches (frequencies) from a monophonic source and trigger samples depending on each tone.
"Synodeia" is a greek word and it means "Accompaniment". This plug-in is made specifically for live performances where a soloist can trigger samples while playing his instrument. This applies to voice and any other monophonic instrument.
Specs:
-12 recognizable frequencies (full 12 tone scale)
-12 *.wav players, user can load custom made samples.
-Lots of controls to fine tune each frequency, input volume and detection response.
-"Hints": no help needed, all is right there (just hover the mouse over controls)
-Equal temperament presets (Oct 0 to Oct 5)
-Comes in two versions "Synodeia.dll" (L-R out only) and "Synodeia m-o" (Multiple audio outs-12 stereo pairs)
Soundbus is a utility plug which shares audio stream between vst hosts. This means you can connect audio from multiple applications without external hardware or loopback drivers.
SOUNDBUS HOW-TO:
Start the first vst host and instance one jsoundbus.dll. Set channel 1 to 'send'. Select to which bus you want to put data using the combobox on the left; note that only single soundbus should get/put to a bus or the sound might get distorted. Then start the second vst host and instance another soundbus. Set channel 1 to 'receive' and the combobox to the buffer the first soundbus is outputting to. Now you should hear something in the second app. Click the 'Reset buffers' button to set the bus size to a safe value and inform the host about the receiving latency so it can compensate (if capable). Note: only the receiving soundbus can change latency on a specific bus. Another note: some hosts tend to click & pop even if the latency is set high enough. (like synthedit) try increasing the host's process priority.
