Description
Darkoder: Practical Use = Alternative Esoteric Vocodering.
IMPORTANT... There is a RARE bug with DarKoder that can cause extremely high piercing burst your head apart sounds if you don't follow this procedure:
1. Choose your loop, sample, channel, etc. and load DarKoder as an FX for it.
2. Run DarKoder and play with the presets, or self tweak, whatever gets you off...
3. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE LOOP, SAMPLE, ETC. you must UNLOAD DarKoder and then RELOAD DarKoder onto the new loop, sample, etc.
4. DO NOT try to change your sound input while DarKoder is running or BAD THINGS CAN HAPPEN ...

1. lpc-vocoder
LPC-Vocoder ist ein PlugIn zur Erzeugung von Vocoder-Sounds. Diese entstehen dadurch, dass man den Frequenzgang von einem Eignangssignal (dem so genannten Analysesignal oder Modulatorsignal) auf ein zweites Eingangssignal (das so genannte Synthese- oder Carriersignal) überträgt. Beim klassischen Vocoder kommen zur Analyse und Synthese Filterbänke zum Einsatz, beim LPC-Vocoder hingegen kommt ein einziges adaptives Filter zum Einsatz, welches jedoch komplexe Frequenzgänge mit vielen Peaks realisieren kann. LPC ist eine Akürzung für Linear Predictive Coding, eine Technik aus der Signalverarbeitung, die zur Komprimierung von Audiosignalen z.B. in der digitalen Mobilfunktechnik verwendet wird.
