DB-T Tempo Delay:
In 1997, db audioware released the original freeware VST plugin, Tempo Delay. This simple stereo echo had one unique feature, it let you enter delays in beat measures instead of milliseconds.
dB-T tempo delay is our latest incarnation of this ever popular plugin. Now in DirectX form, this stereo delay still lets you enter time in measures, but now offers individual high & low pass filters on each channel (for old tape delay effects and special effect delays). Check out the presets for some starting points.
- SSE optimized so a SSE CPU is required (Athlon XP, pentium 3 and 4)
- 100% SSE so no denormalisation problem and very low CPU usage.
- All sample rates are OK
- 3 stereo outputs
- the input signal can be merged with the delays.
- from 1/64 to 3 beats of delay... Tempo from 48 to 999...
- Each delay has :
. the signal does no depend on the pan of the input
. EQ low pass and high pass
. Saturation per delay
. type: multiple or single echo
. input can be the main input or one of the previous delays
(input is taken from an other delay before saturation, EQ and volume).
Transverb is like a delay plugin, but it can play back the delay buffer at different speeds. Think of it like a tape loop with two independently-moving read heads. There are lots of parameters to control and a parameter randomizer for the impatient. Tom's first "released" plugin. Fun.

Feedback-y Thing: Basically a delay set to work with very short delay times, and high feedback. It's most useful (imo) on guitars, as a kind of fake (amp) feedback effect.
MgTempoDelay: - tempo synced stereo delay
- feedback with resonant filter and saturation
- additional LP/HP output filters
- left/right delay-offset for true ping-pong-effects
- additional ducker & gate
- plugin in VST format (Windows)
- all important parameters automatable
Simple Echo:
You probably now have an idea of why I've named this "Simple Echo", since there are only three simple parameters. If you are interested in learning the details behind the creation of this plug-in, please visit: Simple Echo Project Page.
