Trigger is a 4 audio to oscilator unit.
Overview:
Audio signals can be used to trigger the internal 4 oscilators that are routed through a filter, adsr and 2 lfo. It was an attempt to make something to generate melodic sounds and can make some nice stutters and drones :) I know what i use it for but why not see what you can do with it.
Thanks for taking the time to download the plug in, visit my page and read this :)
So whats trigger?
Well it is a four input oscilator unit, still no clearer?
Okay, you feed in four seperate signals (well actually you could feed two sperate signal into each unit but there must be an input into the left and right of each channel at the same time)
the signals are summed and halfed (thankyou to Chris Kerry for that) and the resulting audio is converted into a control voltage (yep this is good old analog style stuff ;)
Sens = controls at what volume level the input will trigger the oscilator
attck = sets how the input is controlled, from playing straight away to fading in
decay = how quickly the sound will fade out
you can use these settings to help you control an incoming audio signal to fit the signal you want to try to create...
These audio in signals are used to trigger each of the units oscilators. these can be set in the standard analog synth way:
Freq 1 = the freq (ie pitch) of the oscilator
PW = pulse width modulation
Freq 2 = the freq (or cut) of the filter
res = the resonance (how pronounced the filter is)
a d s r = a standard unit to create the outputs envelope
level = volume for that input

Motion v2.8:
The Modulation Monster.
The basic idea behind this synth, as it's name suggests, is to offer a wide variety of ways to create automated motion of the synth's sound. This is achieved by the use of 4 envelopes, 8 LFOs, three 16 step CV sequencers, and a filtered delay module...all of which can sync to your host's midi clock.
Massive Modulation Polysynth.
Specs:
2 Oscillators (PD and VA)
2 Multi Mode Resonant Filters
2 Waveshapers
2 Detuners

Motion's tone is kind of odd. I feel it's somewhere between analog, digital, and perhaps C64.
