Description
Imager:
a free VST plugin to re-image stereo audio streams.
it is easiest to think of the 3 modifying parameters to imager in terms of a pair of microphones setup facing each other at a 90 degree angle as in a blumlein stereo recording.
imager can be used to change the orientation of the microphones after the recording has been made by tweaking the parameters:
direction in which to "zoom",
zoom adjusts the "angle" of the microphones, , where:
-1 points the microphones fully towards eachother, resulting in a mono sound +-90 degrees from the zoom "direction,
+1 puts both microphones pointing in the set zoom "direction", resulting in a mono sound;
rotation "turns" the microphone stand.

The Stereo Tools VST Plug-in is a simple to use utility plug-in that allows you to pan or position both the left and right channels independently of one another. This is a 2 input and 2 output plug-in. It works well for stereo files that you don't want to have to convert to mono or if you want to fix a problem with the stereo file. For instance with the Stereo Tools plug-in you can MUTE one side of the file and then pan or position the other side to the center. You can then pan this file using the Nuendo or Cubase SX panner. You can also use the plug-in to remove the center information (voice remover), as well as sum both the left and right channels together. You can also work with files in the Mid/Side format.

Wide boy: stereo spatial enhancer.
A stereo enhancer effect compatible with most VST 2.0+, Windows based, host software applications e.g. Cubase, Orion etc. Unlike most other stereo enhancers, 'Wider Boy Pro' uses the fact that low frequencies are less directional than higher frequencies. By separating out the two frequency bands, and selectively applying different processing to Bass and Treble, 'Wider Boy Pro' realizes a wider stereo sound without losing the punch of the bass. The parameter range and flexibility also provides the possibility to generate a number of interesting additional effects.
The basic principles behind 'Wider Boy Pro' and "Wide Boy" are the same. However, 'Wider Boy Pro' has been significantly refined in line with the very positive feedback from initial trials of the FREE 'Wide Boy' plugin. 'Wider Boy Pro' thus offers much more flexibility and many more possibilities whilst retaining the same intuitive user interface.

User control over spectral partitioning via "Spectral Pivot".

Sworl: plugin VST autopan circulaire (3D) avec filtre resonnant.
A round-panner that creates a circular panning effect by modulating the audio volume in a circle (quieter at the back, louder at the front) as it pans. Also features a low pass filter with cutoff that can also be modulated by the same signal as modulates the volume, lowering the cutoff as the signal gets quieter.
