Rahbek Guitars is a company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Founder Peter Rahbek has 11 years experience building and designing guitars and his guitars can be seen onstage with danish bands and on tv-shows in the hands of experienced session players demanding only the best.
Rahbek Guitars produce 3 basic guitar models - Standard, Classic and Cos-T - with a wide range of options but if you desire something outside the standard options everything can be suited to your tastes.
Our guitars are reasonably priced but expect to spend a little more if you want a 100% custom-made guitar.
All guitars are handcrafted and special attention to detail is very important to us. We are especially proud of the neck/body joint allowing easy access to the top frets and we only use the best woods and hardware available.
Among our standard options are Wilkinson/Gotoh hardware and pickups from major pickup companies such as Dimarzio, Lindy Fralin, Kinman, Seymour Duncan, Bill Lawrence and EMG.
We actually had Dimarzio custom-wind pickups to our specifications so if you're looking for your own sound then let us know - we might be able to find it for you.
Btw, new models are on the way. We are currently working on a Cos-T Deluxe featuring a mahogany body, maple gold-top, mini-humbuckers and bindings and more are to follow next year ...
