Lynn Bush is a singer following the jazz tradition of exploration and improvisation, a uniquely original sound with a west coast bent.
Seattle-based vocalist Lynn Bush has been winning critical acclaim ever since her debut CD "Still Life" featuring Seattle's grammy nominated trio, New Stories was released. This Midwest native has always been a singer, growing up in a home filled with Broadway show tunes and classical music. Singing professionally at 18 and working with musicians that had toured with the territory bands through the Midwest, she acquired a hands-on education singing everything from popular show tunes to obscure jazz standards, all delivered in a driving swing style that's rooted deep in the musical traditions of the Midwestern United States ...

Blues Point Jazz Vocal Group (formerly known as High 5) are Lorraine Silk, Liz Moxey, George Washingmachine, Dan Barnett (some of Australia s finest singers), and Craig Scott (one of Australia s finest bass players).
The repertoire ranges from jazz standards by Fats Waller, Irving Berlin and Gershwin through to hits of Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Joe Cocker, Elvis Presley and Queen plus some very funky gospel tunes, with arrangements by George Brodbeck, Julian Lee, Judy Bailey and Roger Frampton.

Teresa Breuer was born in Toledo, Ohio on May 7, 1931 - the first child of a glass inspector for the Libby-Owens Company and his homemaker wife. Neither of Teresa's parents possessed a particular aptitude or interest in music or performance, and none of the four younger brothers that would eventually make up the family pursued vocal music, but it was clear from early in her life that Teresa was a natural talent.
Recognizing her young daughter's remarkable abilities and drive, Mrs. Breuer auditioned Teresa, just over two years old, for radio station WSPD's "Uncle August's Kiddie Show". Teresa performed on the show, singing Take Me Out to the Ball Game, for pay consisting of cupcakes and cookies from the show's sponsor.

"My grandfather was really my best friend growing up," reveals Michael. "He was the one who opened me up to a whole world of music that seemed to have been passed over by my generation. Although I like rock & roll and modern music, the first time my granddad played me the Mills Brothers something magical happened. The lyrics were so romantic, so real'the way a song should be for me. It was like seeing my future flash before me. I wanted to be a singer and I knew that this was the music that I wanted to sing."
It was, in fact, his grandfather who proved instrumental in moving Michael toward a career in music. "He asked me, as a favor to him, to learn the songs that he loved so much," Michael continues. "It was kind of a guilt trip, but he didn't have to do much convincing. I started practicing and entered a local talent contest. I won the competition, but was later disqualified for being underage. That was when my granddad, who was a skilled plumber, started offering to do free work for musicians in town in exchange for letting me perform a few numbers with them on stage."
