An 8 step sequencer drives the delay time. This is the matrix of red LEDs at the top. The delays are synced to host tempo. Changing the matrix values changes delay time for the given sequencer step.
A second sequencer, running at the same speed, controls the delay feedback. This is the row of 8 sliders underneath the Delay time matrix.
The sequencer has a number of features... random stepping, mulitplication and division of speed, adjustable slide (from one value to the next) and a an adjustable loop point.
The higher delay times can be tuned using the Tuning slider.
The wet signal then passes through a multimode filter, a low pass filter and a high pass filter (this allows you to really 'shape' the delay line).
Finally the dry and wet signal can be mixed as required.
There are also 2 dedicated LFOs.

mashup is a delay effect with an internal variable length step sequencer. it allows you to select from six delay types: 0.1, 1, or 10 second delays with or without interpolation. each step allows for specific time and feedback adjustements. you can also adjust the start, end, and sequencer modes. mashup can be hand set to create convoluted delay effects, or used to create very tight decimations. as always the patch randomizer is ready to toss some chaos into your tracks. version 2.0 is not reverse compatible with 1.5, so be careful! free vstplugin.pc
AngstroLooper is effectively a rediculously long delay, it partly emulates an old style tape loop system – but rather than trying to model something that it isn't, AngstroLooper is designed to be easy to use tool on a laptop while playing live ...
I have used the looper on a few types of material, I'm sure there are others but I tend to just get trapped in a melting brainspace as soon as I start using it.
Ambient : build up detailed pads by feeding synth patches in and out to create big stereo soundscapes. Or pretend you are Robert Fripp on 'No Pussyfooting' for hours on end ... the choice is yours.
Glitch / Annoyingbeat : Feed loops and parts of stuff into the looper and randomly stab at the loop length thing, build up big weird and odd beats that don't sound like anything else. Personally, I like things that don't sound like anything else.
Tempo delay. This plug-in is a "packed-with-features" delay module based on tempo, incorporating EQ and tremolo sections with separate controls for each output channel. Instead of a single "length" control this plug-in implements two separate "delay" and "length" controls which allows you to create evenly sounding "ping-pong" echoes.

Meringue is a delay effect. Unlike most delays, the delay runs alternately forwards and backwards, rather than continually forwards.
