Mighty Atom Productions Ltd.: record label and recording studio:
Centrally located in a prestigious building on Alexandra Road in Swansea, Mighty Atom Studios is one of the finest equipped recording facilities in Wales. Professionally equipped, the studio is based around a Soundtracs Jade fully automated mixing console, Otari MTR90 two inch 24-track tape machine and Soundscape 24-track digital hard disc recording/ editing system. You can record just about anything from a demo recording to a full commercial release.
The studio area consists of a large control room, acoustically designed live room and two overdub rooms. A relaxed working environment coupled with the highest standards and located in the heart of Swansea City Centre, 300 yards from the main train station makes this the ideal location for bands and artists alike.

Mighty Atom Records was formed in early 2000 with the aim of growing a successful independent record label operating out of South Wales. We certainly went into this venture with naive and romantic dreams of establishing a successful independent label. Three years on and all the naivety has long gone, however the dream remains.
The first band we signed to the label were Swansea's Powder, Kerrang's Best Unsigned Band of 1999. The band went straight into the studio to record an EP, "The Art Of Self Offense" released in May 2000. The single was well received in the mainstream rock press, and with an appearance on Session in Wales ...
