Minimal:
Mini groovebox style drum machine with onboard bass synth.
-Kick, Snare, Hat and Bass modules
-Each module has it's own 8-step sequencer
-Bass module has onboard note sequencer
-Each sequencer has control of direction and speed.
-Random probability controls for each sequencer
-Minimal can be played via play button or note trigger
-Host sync allows automatic playback in sync with the host
-Multiple outputs
-Onboard drum mixer
-Front panel opens to reveal a matrix of 5 LFOs.

Minerva is a granular generator for creating percussive sounds. there are 80 source wavelets for each channel, 40 short and 40 long. all short wave sources are velocity sensitive and all sources are pitch shiftable. each channel has a separate granular processor with pitch, size and rate paramters as well as random adjustors. finally a nice bitcrush rounds each channel off. white keys C-3 thru A-3 are the triggers. version 1.03 fixes several outstanding bugs.

Linplugs nya freeware softtrummaskin heter RMF och bygger vidare på den sample-engine som finns i Rupsta maskinerna. RMF finns endast för PC, men har å andra sidan en massa godis och är en VST2-kompatibel plugin. Den har 24 rösters maximal polyfoni, stereo ut samt 6 separata utgångar. Varje röst kan trigga 2 samples och du kan addressera 18 olika "instrument".
RMF kan laddas med mono- eller stereosamplingar, är kompatibel med Steinbergs LM-4 och LM-9 och kan även laddas med .wav eller AIFF filer. Ljuden kan transponeras över +/- 6 halvtoner och även reagera på ett mutlitimbralt vis, dvs ett av ljuden kan vara ett basljud som spelas kromatiskt medan andra kan vara vanliga trumljud.
