Neil’s latest CD, “Melodica” once again showcases his ability to meld his technical guitar mastery within his melodic compositions. Neil further pushes the sonic boundaries with “Melodica” by incorporating samples and loops with his trademark guitar playing.
Zaza's CD "Staring at the Sun" finds Neil in great company with Steve Smith and Ross Valory (Journey), Stu Hamm (Joe Satriani), Michael Lee Firkins, as well as fellow Peavey endorsee, drummer Robin DiMaggio. "Staring..." finds Neil delving deeper into his trademark "singy" melodic style of guitar-playing, while at the same time harnessing and tastefully exploiting his explosive chops.
In December, 2002, Neil debuted his double volume holiday CD, “One Silent Night Volumes 1 & 2” at the famed Palace Theatre in Cleveland, Ohio with the backing of the 60 piece Cleveland Rock Orchestra. December, 2004 will see the return of Neil’s “One Silent Night…” show to Playhouse Square’s Allen Theater on December 11th.

Innovative acoustic guitar virtuoso Leo Kottke was born September 11, 1945 in Athens, Georgia. Raised in 12 different states, he absorbed a variety of musical influences as a child, flirting with both violin and trombone before trying his hand at the guitar at age 11. After developing a love for the country-blues of Mississippi John Hurt, Kottke lost much of the hearing in his left ear as a result of a mishap with a firecracker; during a later tenure in the Naval Reserve, his right ear suffered permanent damage during firing practice.
Discharged due to his impairment, Kottke entered college, dropping out after several years to hitchhike across the country as an itinerant musician. After settling in the Twin Cities area and becoming a fixture on the city's folk club circuit, he issued his 1969 debut LP Twelve String Blues, recorded live at Minneapolis' Scholar Coffee House, on the tiny Oblivion label. Nascido no dia 24 de agosto de 1968, em São Bernardo do Campo (S.P.), Andreas poderia ter sido mais um a incorporar a lista de simples guitarristas com pouco, ou nenhum, reconhecimento no cenário da música pesada.
Porém, esse descendente de alemães, não apenas se tornou um renomado guitarrista no circuito do ABC (nas bandas Esfinge e Pestilence), como se transformou num dos melhores guitarristas do mundo.
Andreas começou a tocar quando tinha treze anos. Ele começou tocando MPB para pegar os acordes básicos no violão. Violão que até hoje mostra-se presente na vida do nosso Guitar Hero!
Depois de trabalhar a parte de ritmos, Andreas mostrou-se interessado em aprender a solar como os seus heróis, como Randy Rhoads e Steve Howe. Ele começou tirando todas as músicas de ouvido.
