patchwork music: production services and recording
Description
Patchwork Music provide production services for music festivals and events, and touring services for bands - tour management, sound engineers etc.
We also have a recording studio, in Milton on the oustskirts of Cambridge, which is now operational.
Patchwork Music is run by Toby Mills, who has many years experience of working events, venues, and with bands. In 2005 Toby was production manager for the Jazz World stage at Glastonbury, stage manager for the world (main) stage at the Portsmouth Festival of the Sea, FoH engineer for Temple Of Sound, the Acoustic stage at Strawberry Fair, many events at The Junction, Cambridge, and ended up working at many conferences for the UK presidency of the EU.
Another regular is Claire Mills, who amongst other things has chaired the organising committee of Strawberry Fair for the last three years, in 2005 was production assistant for the Jazz World stage at Glastonbury, steward coordinator for the Make Poverty History march in Edinburgh, the Trade Justice Lobby in London and worked in event control for the Cambridge Folk Festival ...
Recording studio based at the Portland Arms. They record demos and live gigs onto CD, sell music, and hire out PAs and disco equipment.
