1. drone box
Drone box:
Dronebox is a VST effect that can turn your guitar into a sitar. It is a bank of six comb filters that resonate at a specified pitch. Each filter can take it’s pitch from either a Note name (eg C2), from a typed in frequency (in Hertz) or from the midi input (channels 1-6). There are detune, feedback, damping, pan and volume controls for each comb filter. There is a SV filter before the combs which can make the combs resonate better. A noise oscillator is also included to excite the comb filters. There are lfos for the filter, pan and pitch. There is a delay effect built in and a basic oscillator for reinforcing the drone. A pitch-bend slider can bend all the comb pitches and it can be quantised to move in semitones, tones, fifths or octaves. It can also quantise the pitch lfo.

2. comb bank
Comb bank: three bandpass filters and an lfo (2 turntables..) can be more than, less than, or equal to classic phasing effect. 2 bp filters (stereo)=up there on the cpu, since that high Q is just the sound.. imho the only vst phaser that comes close to the 'balls' of my old maestro pedal. sorry, but no like 'em. picky phaser.

3. philterkeyz
Philterkeyz is a resonant filter plugin with a difference.
Filter cutoff is controlled by midi notes and the cutoff frequency is calculated to match the frequency of each note.
Try inserting it after a vsti playing a riff. Feed that same riff to the plugin and the filter provides an added dimension.
Alternatively, try inserting it after a long sweeping pad sound, then routing your midi keyboard to philterkeyz. Raise the resonance and you can play a filter line over the top of the pad.

Scuzzphut6.5-lite takes the step sequencer from scuzzphut6 and makes it a dedicated plugin with several improvements, including:
improved GUI - both in terms of looks and functionailty,
steps can be set/cleared by dragging,
CPU use now minimal,
pattern selector for 8 patterns,
pattern changes happen sync'd to the bar start,
midi control of pattern changes - midi notes C to G (any octave) select patterns 1-8,
works in sonar.
