Description
Spektrall: spektrall to plugin efektowy zaprojektowany do uzyskiwania nietypowej modulacji sygnału. powstał z inspiracji znanym efektem firmy native instruments. nie oferuje mozliwości oryginału, ale pozwala na całkiem interesującą manipulację dźwiękiem. sygnał jest filtrowany i dzielony na 8 niezależnych pasm. każde z nich przepuszczane jest następnie przez delay. mozliwe jest regulowanie opóźnienia poszczególnych pasm, sprzeżenia zwrotnego i rezonansu filtrów.
najciekawsze efekty powstają z przetworzenia brzmień perkusyjnych /loopy/ , suchych, rytmicznych i mało zmodyfikowanych fragmentów. interesujace rzeczy dzieją sie także z głosem. W sumie poza brzmieniami 'eksperymentalnymi' można traktować spektrall'a jako udziwniony flanger/chorus, phaser, metalizer, rezonator itd. przeznaczony jest zasadniczo dla twórców "poszukujących" i wielbicieli pokrętnych dźwięków. 16 wbudownych presetów obrazuje różne możliwe kierunki wykorzystania tej wtyczki.

DMOBag contains VST wrapper plugins for all
so-called DMOs (DirectX Media Objects) included
with DirectX9. You only need to have DX9 installed,
then you get two cool reverbs (one from Waves!),
chorus, flanger, gargle, EQ, distortion, compressor
and echo, all for free...
And they are even multi-channel capable, with up
to 16 input and output channels! For more details
see the included manual.

(see below) as well as VST parameter automation
and external MIDI CC control.
Don't complain about the quality of the effects
though, I have no influence on them, they were
coded by Microsoft, I just "wrapped" them. This is
also valid for the parameter ranges, descriptions
and features - the VST wrapper presents you just
the options and ranges that Microsoft defined.
