Superior Guitar Works is a vintage guitar restoration and guitar repair shop located in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia, PA. We specialize in repairs and restorations of all fretted instruments. Our guitar services include setups, fretwork, refretting, refinishing, broken headstock repairs, bridges and bridge work, nut and saddle replacement, pickup replacement, wiring work, bindings, pearl inlays, custom work, custom building and complete vintage guitar restorations. We are a Gibson four star A-level warranty service center as well as a Taylor warranty service center. Superior Guitar Works repairs and restores all types of fretted instruments including those made by Fender, Gibson, Gretsch, Martin, Taylor, National, Vega, and others. We have over twenty years experience in fretted instrument work. We have restored or repaired all types of vintage guitars, bass guitars, acoustic and electric guitars, mandolins, mandolas, banjos, and even the occasional ukelele.
