The Heralders Quartet sings Southern Gospel Music in a variety of styles and venues.
In 1963 the Heralders Quartet was formed when four men and a piano player took the gifts of singing that the Lord had given them, and blended them in harmonies to the glory of God.
Since 1963, the Heralders have traveled to twenty-two states and Canada carrying God's message of salvation to high schools, colleges, prisons, stadiums, fairs, churches, civic auditoriums, and any place that people have gathered to hear good Southern Gospel Music ...

Jon Evans is a gospel music singer/songwiter who resides in Brattleboro, Vermont. He sings contemporary, Southern and Country Gospel music.
He loves Southern and Country Gospel and most of his selections are of that genre. Some of his favorites are Bill Gaither's Because He Lives, Amazing Grace from John Newton and Geron Davis' Holy Ground. Jon's latest songwriting effort is an upbeat piece entitled Sharing The Love of Jesus.

Some 30 years ago in a little country church in south New Jersey, a group of young men formed a singing ministry known as "The Harbor Lights". A native of Okolona, Mississippi, Brenda grew up hearing the gospel preached and sung which was very instrumental in grounding her in Biblical truths and is still today the foundation on which her music ministry exist. Singing in church from as early on as she can remember, she knows that is what prepared her for this time in her life. She and her husband, Sid, travel together to share the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ through the songs God has allowed her to pen. With six projects of all original songs and now working on her seventh project, she knows that she is very blessed. With several radio singles and consistent charting of them in the Singing News magazine, U.S. Gospel News and other national publications, it has afforded her the opportunity to meet so many people and minister to all faiths throughout the country. She and Sid own and operate, Brenda's Concert Hall, in Okolona, MS. They promote and host a concert there the first Saturday night of each month, bringing in nationally known and regional artist from all over the United States a like. Sometime back in the mid-sixties a young minister by the name of Roy Cumpton got together with three of his best friends, who were also three brothers, Eldred, Elvin and Melvin Crawford, and began singing and playing music together. These guys' parents were also close friends.
Eventually other churches began requesting for them to come and sing in their church. This was the beginning of a country gospel group they called "The Gospel Sounds."
Not long after, a good friend, Larry Moore, from Mer Rouge, Louisiana, began to play the piano and organ with the group. A few years later Bearl Wheeler began playing the lead guitar for the group ...Lavell Borden Bass Guitar
