MIDI Gater is a simple, handy, MIDI-controlled gate. When you play a MIDI note, audio turns on. When you release the note, audio turns off.
MIDI Gater is a little unusual, though, because it is "polyphonic." What that means is that a copy of the audio signal is created for every MIDI note, and the volume of each copy is sensitive to note velocity. The level of sensitivity is adjustable. The volume between notes is also adjustable, in case you don't want your audio signal turning off completely.

Tracking starts at about -60db and seems to be quite smooth on the gate close.
Very low CPU usage, Zero latency with a fade in of about 1.5ms

TIPs:
Gate sets the input-threshold, at MIN it needs about 0db to trigger the gate, at MAX it needs about -62db to trigger the gate.

Gator is a tempo-sync'd probability-based gate, triggering between 2 adjustable volume values
Choose from 8 to 16 steps per bar (measure) and the probability of triggering the gate (from 0% to 100%) for each step. As the track plays, the gate will loop through the steps and randomly trigger depending on the probability assigned to each step.
You choose a lower and an upper volume value, the lower value is the default (unless the invert button is pressed) and the upper value is triggered according to the step sequencer
