Worland Guitars - Builder of fine hand made custom acoustic guitars.
Welcome to Worland Guitars. I hand build acoustic guitars to custom specifications for musicians and living-room players who are looking for a unique instrument at a reasonable price.
I have several different models from which to choose, each of which can be built from the woods of your choice and personalized with a variety of options. Whether you desire a particular sound, custom inlays, or a completely unique instrument, I encourage you to specify exactly the guitar you want or let me guide you to it.

Jeff Kemp, one of Austalia's leading guitar makers, began building guitars in 1982. His workshop is located at Rockvale, 35km from Armidale in the New England Area of NSW Australia. The area is part of the Northern Tablelands with an elevation of 1000 metres and a dry climate ideal for guitar making. The relative isolation of this location allows him the un-interupted time needed to produce guitars of consistent concert quality. Guitar making for Jeff is not just work, but a lifestyle!
His approach to building is to combine the finest elements of a traditionally built guitar with contemporary materials, building methods and design. The result is a powerful, well balanced guitar with enhanced volume and projection. imarron Guitars was established in 1980 on a high, dry plateau in Southwestern Colorado, near the town of Ridgway. The dry, relatively mild climate is ideal for making accoustic and electric guitars.
We use only tried and true construction techniques, with no inferior materials, and are currently producing 30-40 instruments per year.
We keep a good selection of our instruments on hand, but custom orders are welcome and encouraged. Variables such as neck shape, fingerboard width, fret size, woods, pickups, hardware, inlays and finishes all help to personalize any instrument.
